Njangi Payout Calculator: Know Your Turn

Knowing your payout and your turn date helps you plan big expenses with confidence. Here's how to work it out.

Calculate your payout

Payout = contribution × number of members. Example: 12 members × 20,000 FCFA = 240,000 FCFA each turn.

Calculate your turn date

Turn date = start date + (your position − 1) × frequency. If the njangi starts 1 September, is monthly, and you're position 5: 1 September + 4 months = 1 January.

Don't forget

• Count from the first payout, not the first contribution.
• Adjust for any agreed breaks (e.g. skipping a holiday month).
